To register and use an f778 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited; (c) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number; and (d) not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of f778.

f778 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of registration or during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in suspension of access to deposits, withdrawals, or the platform as a whole. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one f778 account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts — including using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods to circumvent this restriction — will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances or pending withdrawals being forfeited.

f778 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh residents:

f778 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required documentation has been received and reviewed. f778 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by f778 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific offer terms. General bonus conditions applicable to all f778 promotions include:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f778 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity — whether detected at the time or retrospectively — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.

Prohibited activities include: opening more than one account; providing false identity or age information during registration or verification; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using funds sourced from unlawful activity; allowing or facilitating a third party to access or use your f778 account; attempting to launder money or process payments on behalf of others through f778.

f778 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, effective immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your f778 account.
• Loss Limits: set a cap on the maximum amount you may lose within a defined time period.

Upon account closure initiated by f778 for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach of these Terms, any withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

All content on the f778 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of f778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f778 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the f778 platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform's software.
• Use any automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f778 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the f778 platform, including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other theory of liability.

f778's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits you have made to your f778 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your use of the f778 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. f778 processes your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations. f778 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy. Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication at f778.app. Your continued use of the f778 platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
